End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Application Overview

Visky Music Player ("the Application") is a music streaming application that provides access to content from the VK.com social network group "Frisky Radio" (https://vk.com/audios-42311167). The Application acts as a proxy service and does not host or store any music content.

2. Third-Party Authentication

The Application requires users to authenticate through VK.com (VKontakte) social network. By using this Application, you acknowledge that:

• The Application does not provide its own user registration system
• You must have an active VK.com account to use the Application
• You are subject to VK.com's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
• The Application only facilitates access to publicly available content from VK.com

3. Data Collection and Privacy

3.1 Data We Collect

The Application collects and processes minimal data necessary for operation:

• VK.com User ID: Obtained from VK.com during authentication to identify your session
• Device ID: A randomly generated identifier for your device to maintain session state
• Access Token: Temporary authentication token from VK.com (expires after 7 days)

3.2 Data We Do NOT Collect

• Personal information (name, email, phone number, address)
• Payment information
• Music listening history or preferences
• Location data
• Device contacts or files
• Any other personally identifiable information

3.3 Data Storage and Usage

• User IDs and device IDs are stored temporarily in session storage
• Sessions expire after 7 days of inactivity
• Data is used solely for authentication and session management
• We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to third parties
• We do not use your data for advertising or analytics

4. Content and Copyright

• All music content is sourced from VK.com and remains property of respective copyright holders
• The Application does not claim ownership of any streamed content
• Users must comply with VK.com's terms regarding content usage
• The Application is designed for personal, non-commercial use only

5. Service Limitations

• The Application requires active internet connection
• Service availability depends on VK.com API availability
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time
• No warranty is provided regarding service uptime or reliability

6. User Responsibilities

By using the Application, you agree to:

• Use the Application in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE APPLICATION DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. App Store Compliance

9.1 Apple App Store

This Application complies with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines. Users accessing via iOS acknowledge Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.

9.2 Google Play Store

This Application complies with Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement and Google Play Developer Program Policies.

10. Data Security

• We implement industry-standard security measures to protect session data
• All communications with VK.com API use HTTPS encryption
• Session tokens are stored securely and expire automatically
• We do not store passwords or sensitive authentication data

11. Children's Privacy

The Application is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The Application relies on VK.com's age verification process.

12. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. The "Last Updated" date will reflect any changes.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it. We may terminate or suspend access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of this EULA.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
