5.1 Storage Location

• Mobile Device: Session data stored locally using encrypted MMKV storage
• Backend Server: Temporary session cache (expires after 7 days)

6. Your Rights and Choices

6.1 Data Access and Deletion

• View Data: You can see your stored User ID in the app settings
• Delete Data: Log out from the app to clear all local data immediately
• Server Data: Server-side sessions auto-delete after 7 days or upon logout

6.2 Account Deactivation

To permanently stop using Visky:

1. Open the app and navigate to Settings
2. Tap "Log Out" to clear local session
3. Uninstall the application from your device

All your data will be permanently deleted within 7 days (when server session expires).

7. Children's Privacy

Visky does not knowingly collect information from children under 13 years of age. The app relies on VK.com's age verification system. If you believe a child has provided information to our app, please contact us immediately.

8. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your information to third parties. We may disclose your information only:

• Legal Compliance: If required by law or valid legal process
• Security: To protect against fraud or security threats
• VK.com API: Your User ID is sent to VK.com to retrieve content (as part of normal operation)

The mobile application does not use cookies. The backend API uses session cookies only for maintaining your authenticated state. These cookies:
